Prior Experience:

Ronald Byrnes' practice has been centered on oil and gas, being both the traditional transactions and oil and gas litigation. Most of his clients have been oil and gas corporations or individuals engaged in the oil and gas business. Mr. Byrnes has handled several cases which have set legal precedent and have been repeatedly cited in other cases appearing in Texas courts. At one point he did stray into the tort field and established invasion of privacy as a course of action in Texas in Billings v. Atkinson, 489 S.W.2d 858 (Tex. 1973).
